Agreement to Terms
By submitting an application to the KloxVPN Affiliate Program and using affiliate links, you accept and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms and Conditions. These terms are in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
Program Overview
The KloxVPN Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to our VPN service. Commissions are paid on qualifying sales made through your unique tracking links.
- One-time commission per sale (30–50%, no recurring)
- 60-day cookie duration for attribution
- Tiered commission rates based on performance (Starter 30%, Pro 40%, Elite 50%)
- Marketing materials and tracking dashboard provided
Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have an active website, blog, or social media presence
- Create content relevant to technology, privacy, or VPN services
- Comply with all applicable laws and our marketing guidelines
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited
We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion. Approval does not guarantee ongoing participation.
Commissions & Rates
Commission rates are tier-based and apply to each qualifying sale (one-time per sale, no recurring). On a typical ~$34/year plan: 30% ≈ $10, 40% ≈ $14, 50% ≈ $17 per sale.

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount after payment processor fees. Commission is paid once per sale. Refunds and chargebacks will result in commission reversal.
Payment Distribution
This section describes how and when affiliate commissions are paid.
Payment Schedule
- Starter & Pro: Monthly payouts (Net 30). Commissions earned in a given month are paid by the end of the following month.
- Pro (bi-weekly): Net 15 available upon request for qualifying affiliates.
- Elite: Weekly payouts (Net 7). Minimum $500 balance for weekly processing.
- All tiers: Minimum payout threshold of $100 before payment is processed.
Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer: Available for payouts $500+. Provide bank details in your affiliate dashboard. May incur wire fees.
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, USDT, or other supported cryptocurrencies. Minimum $500. Transaction fees may apply.
Processing & Hold Period
Commissions are held for a 30-day period from the date of the referred sale to account for refunds and chargebacks. After this period, commissions become eligible for payout in the next payment cycle.
Tax & Reporting
You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your affiliate income. We may send tax forms (e.g., 1099 for US affiliates) when required by law. Provide accurate tax information in your affiliate dashboard.
Marketing Guidelines
You must:
- Use only approved marketing materials and tracking links
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines)
- Make accurate claims about KloxVPN—no misleading or false statements
- Obtain approval before running paid ads (PPC, social, etc.)
- Not bid on our branded keywords (e.g., "KloxVPN") in paid search without written permission
Prohibited Activities
The following will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising
- Cookie stuffing or fraudulent attribution
- Self-referrals or incentivized traffic that violates our policies
- Use of malware, pop-ups, or forced redirects
- Trademark infringement or false endorsement claims
- Promotion on adult, illegal, or otherwise prohibited content sites
Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and materials.
Commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the payment schedule, subject to the hold period and any chargebacks. Commissions from sales attributed after termination are not payable.
